OK my great-nephew is here, and he is absolutely beautiful. Perfect in every way and oh yeah, mom is doing fine. I got a call on saturday afternoon that he was coming and so I just waited around of course he did not arrive until Sunday around 2:00pm so me and Aerial(my oldest daughter) took a 1hour and a half trip to bloomington to say Hi to him. We were at the hospital for all of 15 mins. and turned around and drove 1hour and a half home. But it was well worth it since I won't get to really visit with him for a couple of weeks. (Gotta go see Hookah this weekend) and at least then the newness will wear off and I can really hold him and stuff.

Man breaks into apartment after mistaking porn screams for rape

OCONOMOWOC, Wis. -- A man says he broke into an apartment with a cavalry sword because he thought he heard a woman being raped, but the sound actually was from a pornographic movie his upstairs neighbor was watching.
"Now I feel stupid," said James Van Iveren, who has been charged in the case. "This really is nothing, nothing but a mistake."
According to a criminal complaint, the neighbor told police that Van Iveren pounded on the door and kicked it open without warning Feb. 12, damaging the frame and lock.
"Where is she?" Van Iveren demanded, thrusting the sword at the neighbor, the complaint said. "Where is she?"
The neighbor told police that Van Iveren became increasingly aggressive as he repeated the question, insisting that he had heard a woman being raped. The complaint said that, with the sword pointed at him, the neighbor led Van Iveren throughout the apartment, opening closet doors to prove he was alone.
The neighbor later played for police the part of the DVD he believed Van Iveren heard downstairs.
Van Iveren, 39, Oconomowoc, was charged with criminal trespass, criminal damage and disorderly conduct, all while using a dangerous weapon, and is due in court March 5. Together, the misdemeanor counts carry a maximum sentence of 33 months in jail.
Contesting his neighbor's account, Van Iveren said that he didn't look anywhere in the apartment except the front room and that he never threatened the neighbor with the sword.
"I had the sword extended. But that was all," he said, adding that he did not call police when he heard the noises because he does not have a telephone.



I honestly do not feel he should be charged with anything. They should just repair the damages and move on.

Actually that will be my title sometime this week. I am soo excited my niece is going to have a little boy (he is actually due tomorrow). He needs to hurry up cuz you see they, being my sister and her daughter live about an hour and a half away from me so when I visit I stay the night with them. Right now my time off at work is low so I want to go down this weekend and stay. Next weekend me and hubby have 2 shows to go too and I'm not missing those. So anyway:

Mom's Taxi service

Ok so I've always wanted to kinda keep a journal of my life. So I am starting this and will try to keep up. (Thanks Allison just one more thing to get addicted too lol)
So my weekend, it was pretty good. That is after the 3 more inches of snow we received, I absolutely hate driving in the snow. While that was going on I spent time playing PS2 Sims Bustin Out. I'm lovin it. I've just about beat the game.
This is the first weekend in a while that me and Aerial (oldest daughter) got along pretty good. Mind you I've been having issues with her spoiled ass rotten behavior. She is an all around decent kid, she was actually great as the kid. But now as a teenager being raised in the city, in the ghetto (sorta), that is a different matter all together. I wonder what happens once they become teenagers that they seem to think all of the sudden they know everything and can treat their parents like shit. I guess I only have myself to blame for that, should've put my foot in her ass a long time ago. But nontheless, her attitude totally sucks. So back to we had a decent weekend. Me and her set out job hunting yesterday morning, she put in about 4 applications and all of the places she applied are hiring. Tonite I have to take her to KFC at 8pm while the manager is there. So I am keeping my fingers crossed. She needs to get a job, hopefully this will help her grow up a little. She is 161/2yo. I was expecting her to be a little more mature than she is. Some of her not getting a job up til now kinda has to do with me, you see me and my husband are big concert goers and festival attendants, therefore her having a job and no car or means, I'm afraid this may hinder our plans. Which sucks!!!!!!!!!! You see I think what I am doing is just riding the waves with the teens. I know that my oldest will be 18 in 1 1/2 years. Thank God. Ryanne, my youngest on the other hand is 14yo and she have more responsibility and maturity than the oldest so I'm not sooo worried about her I believe she will accomplish great things. Her grade point average is a 3.7 and she wants to be a neonatal nurse. She loves babies and seems more serious about things. I know that this can change I'm just trying to stay positive. I hope and pray my oldest does not go through life struggling as I have. Ok I am babbling but I guess that's what this is for.
